STATEMENT

I am interested in patterns, and collections of things, and how meaning is created out of everyday experience. I am curious about why we do the things we do. I look at the small things in life, and hope to bring attention to what is usually hidden. My projects grow directly from my day-to-day activities at a particular moment, such as going through a car wash, riding a commuter train, eating m&m’s, or retouching a family portrait. The medium I use is determined by my idea, but a computer is almost always involved.
